When I download this Armenian NLS fonts, and then try to install it it gives me an error message saying "It is being run in an other application." everything else is closed in my computer so why am i getting this message? Please help if you know

Yes, the application is compatible. I downloaded the setup package and then launched the installation procedure. The only issue when installing was related to the application detection, I have Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer 11, but the software detects it as Internet Explorer 5.
Apart from that, the software installed successfully without errors and everything works.
